This manual explains how members of the public can request access to information held by The Financial Alliance, in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and POPIA.
It outlines the types of records we hold (such as company, financial, and compliance information) and the process to follow when submitting a formal information request using Form C from the Information Regulator’s website.
Requests must be submitted in writing to our Information Officer and will be processed within 30 days as required by law.
Certain records may be withheld if they contain confidential, personal, or legally privileged information.
